Totally Tickled about Rampant Randomness-Random Tuesday Thoughts

Ah yes. I awoke today to find that it is Tuesday. (Or I would have had I actually slept last night.) Funny how that happens. And Tuesday, of course, temporarily belongs to Stacy in all her Random Awesomeness, as she is filling in for Keely, who is on hiatus. So, stop by her place, read her random, leave a comment, grab a badge, and get down with your random self. Go for it, it's fun!! If it weren't for Random Tuesday Thoughts I'd spend my Tuesdays curled up in the fetal position on the bathroom floor, drooling and muttering incoherently. So yeah.

*I got my latest (3rd) tattoo in February (need to find my camera so I can post a pic) and I'm already itchin' for my next one, which I'm hoping to get either in July for my birthday or with my renter's rebate in August. I'm going to get an ankh on my inner forearm:

Tattoos are sooooo addictive!

*Coffee=Liquid happiness

*Due to a few strange circumstances I think my Loser Ex might be reading my blog. If so, CEASE AND DESIST IMMEDIATELY! My life is NONE of your business!! I hate the thought of having to censor myself. I want to be able to let it all hang out. So, GO AWAY!

I wanna do jello shots off those abs!

*Did you know that Brenden Fraser (Who used to be a total hottie-have you seen George of the Jungle? Watch the scene where he comes out of the shower in super slow motion. WOW!!) almost died when filming The Mummy? It happens during the part in the beginning where he is in the prison and gets hung. For some reason the fail-safe on the noose failed (go figure) and he was really hung. He almost quit the movie after that but decided to persevere. He won't talk about it at all. Talk show hosts have asked him about it and he refuses to say anything about it.

*We had a wonderful Easter. I got to see my nephews. Yay! (Everyone else is chopped liver compared to them-sorry guys!) My youngest nephew-he's almost 2-still won't come near me, but this time he smiled at me a lot (as opposed to screaming bloody murder) and I made funny faces at him, which he would copy then laugh. And I got to play Transformers with my older nephew-who's almost 4-most of the day. That was fun! I just love them to pieces. But not literally, cuz that would just be disturbing.

*I finally cleaned off my altar, which I haven't touched since Yule. No wonder I've been so damn depressed. I really have to start doing some kind of spiritual daily ritual, like meditating and burning a white candle, or something. And I want to do something for Beltane, which is on Saturday or Sunday depending on whom you talk to. Anyway, my altar is all clean now and I put away the extra stuff I only use for rituals and it's just all awesomeness now.

*Oh, and I won! Two things! Well, 3. At Our Loonyverse I won a T-shirt designed by Mike from Linkin Park for the Japan aid and a bracelet designed by Lady Gaga! Yay!!! And I won an award over at Shay's Word Garden, the Seven Things Award, which I will be posting about soon.

And back in March I won that CSN stores gift thingy from Beth at Living a Goddess Life, with which I'm going to purchase a coffee grinder. I have to do that soon or it will expire.

I'm a WINNER! Charlie Sheen ain't got nothin' on me, baby!! Muahahahahaha

*These are clips from my very fave movie when I was a teenager, Real Genius. I must have watched it over 100 times. I knew most of it by heart and could quote just about every line in the movie. It was hilarious, and Val Kilmer was sooo fucking HOT!! I don't normally do blonds, but oh my!

*I found my Green Day CDs!! Woot! Woot! My Midget didn't lose them after all (Oops-my bad) I forgot that when we were cleaning we put the ones that wouldn't fit in the glass doors of the entertainment center into the bottom part of it where it isn't glass and I never go in there cuz there's usually just video games in there. Now I just have to find The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy DVD and the 2nd season of 'The Big Bang Theory.'

*And I leave you with this random pic that I found on StumbleUpon:

I decided this can't be true cuz if it were my night would have been a lot more interesting.

Laters!

  1. James Bond has 2 tats, but I just can't bring myself to do it. I dislike needles (except those administering medication to block the pains of labor) and can't see paying someone to use one on me. And what if I don't like the outcome? No, no thank you.
Don't hate me, but I detest coffee. We should really be friends, shouldn't we? :)
OMG, Brendan Fraser is (was?) hot. George of the Jungle was a terrible movie, but I would watch it just to see those abs. I did not know that about The Mummy. That is one of Indy's favorite movies. Actually, he likes the 2nd one better (because it has a kid in it), but I prefer the first.
    Happy RTT!!!!

  2. Mom in High Heels~ LOL I think you're the first person I've met that doesn't like coffee. It is the elixir of life for so many I just assumed everyone loved it. hehehe

I saw a pic of Brenden Fraser a while ago and he wasn't lookin' so good, but he used to be a HOTTIE! George of the Jungle isn't a great movie, but it's totally worth watching to see him prance around half naked. :D

I prefer the first Mummy too. And, I think we can still be friends even though I don't like Robert Pattinson and you don't like coffee. ;)

    Happy RTT!

  3. Brendan Fraser is hot? *will never understand the mysteries of straightness*

I'll give you Val Kilmer though. Even I think he's really easy on the eyes. I loved him in "Thunderheart" and "Tombstone."

Psssst, don't tell MZ about the ankh. I heard that she has, like, a thousand ankhs. Every time she sees one she has to buy it. It's probably bullshit, but that's what Bitsy Henderson told me. ;-)

  4. Abs are always fun to do jello shots on. Hell, jello shots are fun anywhere...

  5. YOu can always block your ex's IP address...lol. Uh Uh, maybe he will leave nasty comments on my blog.

Isnt easier to just blame the kids when we lose something? Boy do I hate apologizing to the munchkins. I am also a green day fan.

  6. That's cool you won stuff. A friend of mine won a hundred bucks yesterday. When's it my turn? ::whine:: Happy Tuesday!

  7. I'm glad the Midget hasn't sent gremlins after your stuff, and glad you've won things. I find that cleaning my altar helps me sometimes, too, when I feel all clogged up and stuck.

  8. I have to raise my hand and say, my name is VandyJ and I don't like coffee either. I like the smell of it brewing, and I can make a mean pot, but I don't really like it. I have to put so much stuff in it to make it drinkable, it's not really coffee any more.
Love watching Brendan Frasier movies. I've liked him since he was a caveman way back when.

  9. Hi Patti, Congrats on your winnings, I'm never that lucky!! Thanks for the clip of Real Genius, a good flashback for me, Val's lines were a riot. Sorry to hear about your ex is reading your blog, that sucks when you have to feel censored, that is how I feel about those three people I wrote about in my Suck It Saturday post, I wanted to use their real names but if I do they might report me to the authorities, our blogs are a place for us to be ourselves and it downright sucks when you have to keep your true feelings inside! Thanks so much for all your comments on my blogs, I truly appreciate them and they always make my day,
    Have a good one,
    Janet :)

Yes Brendon had really long hair

When he was shooting the end of Braveheart it is true
Same thing getting hung with a noose
I guess they should really make them be better at coming loose
    Charlie Sheen screw that clown
Be a winner if he drown

  11. Coffee with French Vanilla Creamer is my happy juice in the mornings. ;)

I have three tattoo's, too - I'm wanting to get a 4th one, a dragonfly on the back of my neck. :)

Brenden Frasier sure was a hottie in George of the Jungle - I hand't heard about that snafu during the filming of the Mummy...poor guy!

Glad to hear you found your Green Day CD's - and that the Drunken Midget didn't steal/lose them. Princess Nagger loses my stuff all the time - so it's understandable why you thought that way. ;)

Thanks for rockin' the Rebel with me again today! :)

  13. I guess that they should have checked with David Carradine on the whole hanging thing. Some things should be left to the professionals. (well at least until they are too old to know better than to do auto eroticism alone).

I must have coffee, so I shall take your share !!

    peace,

  20. You are on a winning streak!!! You go!!! I had never heard the Brendan Fraser thing. That would be freaky!

  21. I have heard so many people say that tattoos are addictive but I got one in March and have no desire for another one. I think I would have to find something really meaningful to add another.

Ok, so I admit it, I'm a comment whore. Comments are the reason I blog. Okay, that's not entirely true. I blog to let the insanity out so my head doesn't explode, cuz that would just be messy and inconvenient. But still, I adore comments and reply to each one, though sometimes it takes me a few days to get to it. So, if you're interested in reading my comment on your comment, check back later!
